A Seasoned Real Estate Professional
I have resided in Ramona since 1975. I went to Ramona Elementary School and graduated from Ramona High School. My father is a contractor and has been involved in new construction and land development for many years in the San Diego area. Because of our developmental ties in Ramona and long established history, my family has several streets named after us. I have two, Angel Place and Rancho De La Angel, my brother Kevin has Rancho De Kevin, and my mom Carole has Rancho De Carole. Just an interesting factoid for you!
In 1983, I became a Real Estate Agent and worked in Ramona for Stone Mountain Realty. I was the youngest Real Estate agent at that time in Ramona and I worked very hard to establish myself as someone who caters to my clientelle and their needs. Working 7 days a week, real estate has been my life’s passion. I worked very hard to set myself apart with knowledge and expertise, and I put my clients first. I am an attentive listener and my attention to detail throughout the entire process has helped my business thrive, even during rough market times.
In 1996 I was blessed to marry my longtime best friend, my wonderful husband Shane. We have a beautiful daughter Adrienne who is 24 years old and resides in Ramona. We feel fortunate to have raised our daughter in Ramona and to call Ramona Home!
Over the years, I have sold a variety of residential properties including single family homes, ranches and horse properties, and also condos and mobiles homes on leased land. I have also been involved in numerous land sales, home sales and developmental projects. It is very important to find a real estate Agent that has a well-rounded and comprehensive knowledge when buying and selling.
I believe that a postive attitude and a professional attitude make all the difference. I am very fortunate to have a large portion of my business come from past clients and client referrals. The biggest compliment I can receive is a referral from a client. This lets me know that I am doing a good job.
